The institutional residential narrative is commonly directed towards multi-family accommodation. By contrast, AREF, is delighted to host this event providing insight into the single-family housing market, a growing part of the UK residential spectrum. The session will explore its development to date, its resilience in the current economic context and how it can help address the housing shortfall.
